The S.E.K. model is one of Eickhorn Solingen’s most successful new product developments in the last couple of years. Not least because leading German special forces decided to introduce this extraordinary tactical knife.
Due to the tightening of German weapons law, the question of a single-edge version became significant. The designer Dietmar Pohl tackled this task and designed the S.E.K. II with a spear point blade. Because of this design change the S.E.K. received another strengthening of the spine of the blade, to make it more suitable for use as a tool.
To make the S.E.K. II usable for special maritime tasks the surface received an extremely strong diamond-like-carbon (DLC) coating. The optionally available partially serrated blade quickly cuts lashing and fishing nets. A Kydex sheath allows for variable mounting options.
All other technical aspects remain the same. Blade from Böhler N695 Steel. Screwed handle from extremely grippy “Rough-Grip” G-10. Delivered with Kydex sheath and Multilock adapter.
