The Echelon was introduced as part of the Reichart & Eickhorn collaboration at the IWA 2024. Markus Reichart aimed to create a lightweight yet sturdy knife that can be worn on the belt or simply carried in the pocket. The focus was on a blade that excels in everyday and outdoor use, which is why it is made from Eickhorn Professional+ steel, which is also used by various military and rescue units. The Linen Micarta handle accommodates different grip styles while providing a comfortable and secure hold. The knife comes with a black leather sheath for easy everyday carry.
